Additionally, he will walk through the valuation process, and touch on some frequently asked questions to clarify misconceptions. John brings a unique skill and experience to all small business transactions, with over fifteen years of professional experience in the fee preparation of commercial real estate appraisals for local and regional financial institutions, litigation and litigation support, estate planning, and tax gifting purposes. In addition, John has prepared appraisals for small and large real estate portfolios and appraisal review work involving commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
